So how does NPS actually work?
NPS stands for Net Promoter Score and it measures customer loyalty and the likelihood of recommending a product or a service. Scoring range goes from -100 to +100. Scores from zero up to 30 are considered good. Scores between 30 and 70 are considered great. Scores above 70 are rarely seen.
