We are thrilled to announce the appointment of Jarkko Holmlund as Safegrid’s new Customer Success Manager. As a Customer Success Manager, Jarkko guides customers through onboarding, and helps our customers maximize value from Safegrid’s solutions while collaborating with the sales and product team to drive growth and enhance customer experience.
Jarkko brings over 25 years of experience in various positions within customer management tasks related to Distribution Automation solutions i.e. protection, control and fault management including SCADA and DMS systems. Jarkko has a proven track record in product and portfolio management, customer engagement and satisfaction management and key account management amongst both DSO and industrial customers to bring out the best value in their operational and maintenance processes.
In his free time, Jarkko enjoys spending time with his family and friends. Whenever possible he will relocate to relax at the family summer cottage by the sea side, where sauna and swimming, BBQ, motor boating and occasional fishing is on the agenda. In sports, the most enjoyable moments are spent at the tennis or padel court.
